In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at team@springfieldleather.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.
Returns are simply unavoidable in this business. We try to handle all return issues on a case by case basis, so communicating with us before mailing something back works best.
Some cases don't require you to spend time or money to fix them. For example, if you get a defective stamping tool, we likely won't ask you to return it. We could just send you a new one!
The point is, we'd love to work with you to make sure you are pleased with your purchase and we want to make you do as little work as possible in the process.
Woof-Worthy Returns Policy
Oh boy, oh boy! We want you to be as happy as a pup with a new toy when you shop with us. If something isn’t quite right, you’ve got 90 days to return it—whether for an account credit, an exchange, or a full refund (just like fetching that perfect stick).
But if the item isn’t defective, there might be a small restocking fee or return shipping charge—kind of like when you have to wait for your human to fill up the treat jar again. No big deal!
Just give us a bark (or, you know, a call) for a return authorization number, and we’ll help you every step of the way—because great service is better than belly rubs (well, almost).
